FREE SHIPPING! 

When your order is paced you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 3-5 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications. 

We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking numbers will be sent to you within a week (at very most) after ordering. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@GroovySisters.com. Our customer team will answer as soon as possible (please note weekends are free, emails sent later on Friday and over the weekend will be addressed on Monday).

Please take into account the processing time ( that will add to the shipping time - expect your order to arrive within 8 to 10 working days.

 

We provide international delivery worldwide with an online tracking number and a signature confirmation to make sure you receive your package. Orders can be tracked through  USPSwww.usps.com


If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take up to 5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) We will NOT refund shipping charges if USPS or FedEx fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 


Most of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
